Set boundaries
It’s important to establish clear boundaries between work and personal time. Turn off work notifications after work hours, designate specific times for work tasks, and make sure to set aside time for leisure activities, self-care, and spending time with loved ones.
This is a crucial component because if you don’t have boundaries, you’ll eventually experience burnout. Especially if your a new business owner. As business owners we have to juggle with various tasks like marketing, bookkeeping, etc. Even so, its important to know your limits & delegate as needed.
Set time management
Good time management is key to balancing work and personal life. Make a to-do list, prioritize tasks, and use tools such as calendars and reminders to stay organized and on track.

Learn to say no
It’s important to be able to say no to work or personal obligations that may cause undue stress or imbalance. Focus on what’s most important and prioritize your time accordingly. Saying no doesn’t make you selfish. Saying no is a way to prioritize yourself when your at the brink of burnout.
